Seattle & PDX go to Tease-O-Rama, and what we’ve been up to…
It’s been a busy week at Burlesque Seattle Press…our very own Paul O’Connell (aka POC Photo) has just returned from Austin where he both shot and performed as his other alter ego, Man Johnson, at the Texas Burlesque Festival. (That’s right, Paul does it all). Paul’s field notes from Texas are on the way…
And while POC was away, BSP had a very special interview with the one and only DITA VON TEESE. Stay tuned for the article and interview soon to be posted. Suffice it to say that Dita is one in a million, and was an absolute pleasure to talk with.
In celebration of Dita’s upcoming West Coast engagements, in the next few weeks we will share clips of each of the 8 performers on the Burlesque: Strip Strip Hooray! tour.

This weekend, Tease-O-Rama returns to San Francisco April 19-22. Created in 2001, the star-studded event boasts that it was the first showcase and convention dedicated to the neo-burlesque revival.
