Hot Pink Party: tonight

BurlyCon’s workshops, panels, and general burlesque bonding continue today, culminating in a party for attendees and the general public tonight. Seattle’s bellydancing dynamo Fuchsia FoXXX hosts the Hot Pink Party at Cirque Event Center. The only BurlyCon event open to non-attendees, the party is a chance to tear up the dance floor and hobnob with burlesque performers from around the world. The DJ lineup includes Ramiro (Uniting Souls), Nark (Fringe, Lip Service), and Michael Holden (Seattle Erotic Art Festival). Party-goers are encouraged to wear pink or “flirt with someone wearing pink”. It might be the highest concentration of burlesque starlets in one place since Dita Von Teese last came to town. Which means you should go.
Tickets are $15, available in advance at www.burlyconseattle.com or at the door. This event is 21+ only. Cirque Event Center is located at 131 Taylor Avenue in Seattle.
